Is this for you?
This works incredibly well for the right person, and it's a waste of $15 a week for the wrong one. Check which side you're on before you join.

What it actually takes
I want you to know exactly what you're signing up for. The people who get the best results here all do the same three things, for weeks and weeks and weeks.
Weigh and track 100% of what you eat. Every day.
Every meal, every snack, every drink, every weekend. Not a few days here and there, and not "most of it". If it goes in your mouth, it gets logged.
Hit your targets most of the time - and keep the off days close.
Nobody's perfect, and you don't need to be. But I look at your weekly averages, not single days. Your averages need to land close to target by the end of each week. Five days on track followed by a two-day blowout cancels out your whole week.
Make the changes I give you.
Every week I look at your numbers and tell you what to adjust. The results come from actually acting on that feedback, week after week.
Why the off days matter: a calorie target of 1,800 a day
✓ Keeping it close
Mon-Fri: 1,800 · Sat: 2,300 · Sun: 1,900
Weekly average: 1,890
A bit over on the weekend, but still right around target. Progress keeps coming.
✕ On track, then blow out
Mon-Fri: 1,800 · Sat: 3,500 · Sun: 3,500
Weekly average: 2,290
For most people that's around maintenance. Five good days, almost nothing to show for them.
Two ways to track properly
⚖️ Weigh and log everything
Kitchen scales plus MyFitnessPal, or Detailed tracking in the TRG app. Weigh it, log it, every time.
🍽️ Follow your TRG meal plan 100%
Build your week in the app's Meal Planner, double-check it in MyFitnessPal before you meal prep, then eat exactly what's on the plan and tick it off. No swaps, no extras that don't get logged.
From our last 8 Week Challenge
56 / 56
days of food logged by every one of our top 3 - and they were within 10% of their calorie target on at least 53 of them.
4.1kg vs 0.6kg
Average weight lost by members who logged every single day, compared with members who logged on fewer than two-thirds of days.
"I used the app to generate my meal plan weekly, I logged it in MFP to make sure numbers were right, and then I ate only those foods for the entire week." Tiana - 8 Week Challenge winner
If you're ready to put that work in, you'll get results - and I'll be in your corner the whole way. If you're not ready yet, that's fine. Save your $15 a week until you are.

Results Assistant BETA
An in-app AI chat that knows your own numbers and how the program works.

About the coach
Working in the fitness industry for over a decade, I noticed the same pattern playing out. People had all the information they needed - the training, the targets, the plan. They were working hard in the gym. But outside of it, they were struggling. Something was missing.
That missing piece wasn't more information. These days you can open ChatGPT, ask for your macros and a training plan, and have it in 30 seconds. The information has never been more available - yet people are still failing to hit their goals. So it was never really about the info.
It was about the extra layers. Accountability. Support. Guidance. Community. Real people helping other people. That added pressure of having someone in your corner - you don't want to let them down, you don't want to let yourself down. It pushes you to act. It pushes you to be better.
That's why I built The Results Group. A hub for accountability and community - a place where people actually hit their goals, alongside other people doing the same thing.
TRG is for someone who needs those extra layers. Someone who's ready to put in the work - and wants the support to make it count.
Every check-in, every message, every adjustment to your targets - that's me, not an algorithm. It's the same reason I keep TRG at one coach instead of scaling it into a team.
Real results from real members
I managed to go from 86kg down to 73kg by myself but the weight gradually went back up as I was not tracking my nutrition at all. I was training hard but not really seeing any changes. This time I kept things very simple. Meal prepping was key, especially when I was at work. If I had a meal ready, it meant I would stick to the plan. Logging daily kept me accountable. The weekly check-ins and encouragement from you definitely make you feel like you are not just another number.
Planning my day in the morning was the key for me, so I knew what I could eat and how many calories and macros I had left after my 3 main meals, and made sure I got my protein within those 3 meals. Thanks for all your help and guidance along the way.
8 weeks done and the numbers on the scale are dropping progressively. This isn't an overnight fix, it's a lifestyle of healthy eating and knowing what the good foods are. Thank you Jayden and team for being part of my journey.
Common questions
A single session with a PT or nutritionist costs anywhere from $80 to $150. With Full Access you get ongoing coaching, personalized targets, the Leaderboard, Community, weekly check-ins, direct access to me, and the full app - for $15 a week.
The question isn't whether it's worth it - it's whether you're ready to actually use it.
It's a 5-week challenge from Mon 16 Nov to Sun 20 Dec. You set one goal for the 5 weeks (it doesn't have to be fat loss) and you're judged on your goal (40%), your consistency (40%) and how you show up in the community (20%). 1st gets $300, 2nd $200, 3rd $100, announced Wed 23 Dec.
Join before Sun 15 Nov and you're automatically in. No extra fee.
Yes - the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Put in your first 30 days properly and if you genuinely don't see results, I'll refund you.
"Properly" means: you complete your weekly check-ins for all 4 weeks, you weigh and log everything you eat on every one of your 30 days, your weekly averages land close to your targets, and you make the adjustments I give you. That data lives in the app, so neither of us has to guess whether you put in the work.
If you've done that and it hasn't worked, message me any time before day 35 and I'll refund your first 30 days in full. This applies once per person, on your first 30 days only - it's not a way to get a month free and cancel without ever logging in.
Here's the thing about tracking - simply paying attention to something tends to improve it. If tracking hasn't worked for you before, it's usually one of two things: the numbers weren't accurate, or nobody was actually looking at them and telling you what to change.
That's where I come in. Your targets are set by me, not a generic calculator. And every week, I'm looking at your data and telling you exactly what to adjust. That's the part that's different.
But it only works if the data is real. Tracking a few days a week, or tracking "most" of what you eat, gives me numbers that don't match what's actually happening. Weigh and log 100% of your food, every day, and we'll know exactly what to change.
Honestly? The first couple of weeks are slow. You'll need kitchen scales, and you'll be weighing and logging foods you've never thought twice about. That's normal.
After that, most people eat a lot of the same meals, so it gets quick - usually a few minutes a day. Meal prepping or using the TRG meal plan makes it even easier. The process is simple. Sticking to it for weeks and weeks is the hard part, and that's where I come in.
If you want one - yes. Your calorie and protein targets are still set by me, not a generic calculator. From there, the AI Meal Planner takes those targets plus your own food preferences and builds a plan around them. Tick meals off as you eat them and it auto-calculates your calories and protein for you.
The key is sticking to it 100%. Our last 8 Week Challenge winner built her plan each week, double-checked the numbers in MyFitnessPal before she meal prepped, then ate only those foods all week. No swaps, no unlogged extras.
It's optional, not mandatory. If you'd rather hit your targets with your own foods and no plan at all, that works too - just weigh and log everything, in MyFitnessPal or Detailed tracking in the app.
TRG supports all three: fat loss, muscle gain, and body recomposition. Your targets are set based on your specific goal from day one - not a one-size-fits-all approach.
If you're not sure which goal fits you right now, that's part of the onboarding conversation. We'll figure it out together before I set your numbers.
No. But you'll see it on the leaderboard - and so will I. That visibility is actually one of the most powerful parts of this program. It's not about shame; it's about honesty.
Most people find that when someone is actually in your corner and checking in, they show up more. That's the whole idea.
Yes. A workout program built by me is included, with set-by-set logging and built-in rest timers, so your training lives in the same app as everything else.
Yes. Weekly billing, no lock-in. If it's not working for you, you cancel. Simple as that.
That said - give it at least 4 weeks before you judge it. The first week is setup and onboarding. Results show up in the weeks after that.
Join this week and you'll be set up and tracking before the weekend.
No lock-in. Weekly billing. Cancel any time. Backed by a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. See what's included →
